About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Mystery Shopping Investigator at C3 Client Satisfaction. As a Mystery Shopping Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting undercover operations to assess customer service and store conditions.

Work Environment

This role will require you to work in a shopping center or mall environment, with frequent walking involved. You will be required to have a reliable mode of transportation and be able to travel to various locations.
