Customer Experience Investigator

C3 Client Satisfaction is seeking a skilled Mystery Shopper to join our team. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres or malls.
Key Responsibilities- Produce detailed reports on your findings
- Evaluate customer service and store environments
- Conduct undercover work to gather information
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for shift or on-call work
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Reside in proximity to the advertised location
This is a casual position, requiring approximately 3 to 6 hours of work per month. You will be expected to use your own transportation and have access to a cellular phone, computer, and internet.
