About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mystery Shopping Professional to join our team at C3 Client Satisfaction. As a Mystery Shopping Professional, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres or malls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce Reports: Gather and document information about customer interactions and store conditions.
  • Evaluate Customer Service: Assess the quality of customer service provided by retail staff.
  • Investigate Store Environments: Evaluate the overall shopping experience, including store layout, cleanliness, and product availability.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Setting: This position involves working in shopping centres or malls.
  • Investigative Expertise: You will need to work undercover and gather information discreetly.
  • Transportation: You will need to have access to your own transportation or use public transportation.
  • Physical Capabilities: You will need to be able to walk and have good attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent Oral Communication: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with retail staff and customers.
  • Reliability: You will need to be reliable and able to work independently.
Work Arrangements
  • Shift Work: You may be required to work shifts or be on-call.
  • Language: You will need to be fluent in English or French.
  • Hours of Work: You will be required to work approximately 3-6 hours per month.
