Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Buns Master Bakery. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail. They will also have efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and be organized and reliable.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
