- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service options and pricing
- Arrange for billing and payment processing
- Maintain accurate records and statistics related to service delivery
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Private sector experience preferred
- Basic security clearance required
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
