Service Writer

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team at Cambrian Truck Centre. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns, answering inquiries, and providing information to customers. You will also be responsible for arranging for billing and refunds, explaining the type and cost of services offered, and maintaining records and statistics.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in this field and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
