Service Writer

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team at Cambrian Truck Centre. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our service team.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service schedules, costs, and other relevant details
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and statistics related to customer interactions and service performance
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and administrative tasks
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Private sector experience preferred
- Basic security clearance required
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
