Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient customer experience. This role involves supervising sales workers, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests and complaints.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and organized.
