Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Supervisor to join our team at Greenwich Marine Services Ltd. As a key member of our drilling operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of drilling crew members.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of drilling operations.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency.
    • Monitor and analyze drilling operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on drilling operations.
    • Communicate effectively with drilling crew members, management, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in drilling operations or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Knowledge of drilling operations and safety procedures.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
