Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Supervisor to join our team at Greenwich Marine Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safety and productivity of our drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of drilling team members
    • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor and improve drilling productivity and product quality
    • Identify and implement measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on drilling operations
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drilling operations
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of drilling operations and safety protocols
