- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of drilling operations.
- Operational Excellence
- Establish and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and control drilling operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Health, Safety, and Environment
- Oversee the safety of drilling operations and ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and submit regular reports on drilling operations, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with drilling crew members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of drilling operations.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in drilling operations or a related field.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
