Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Supervisor to join our team at Greenwich Marine Services Ltd. As a key member of our drilling operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of drilling crew members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to crew members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the planning and execution of drilling operations, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and control drilling operations to ensure that they are safe, efficient, and productive.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on drilling operations, including progress reports, safety reports, and other relevant information.
    • Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that drilling operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop drilling crew members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to address these needs.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as required by management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drilling operations or a related field.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
