About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at SHERWOOD DESIGN AND PRINT. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective communications materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their communications needs and develop tailored design solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality output and consistent branding
  • Coordinate all aspects of production, including sub-contracting and project management
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines and standards for illustrators and photographers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work setting is a graphic design firm, printing shop, or advertising, marketing, and public relations agency.
