Dental Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Sharing Smiles Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations by reviewing medical histories, taking vital signs, and explaining treatment options.
- Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental clinic.
- Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including processing and managing patient records.
- Maintain and order supplies to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional patient care by scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, and handling reception and clerical duties.
- Take and develop X-rays to assist in diagnosing dental conditions.
- Invoice patients for dental services in a timely and accurate manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
- English language support for our patients and team members.
- 30-40 hours per week to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
