About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Sharing Smiles Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
  • Order and maintain dental and office supplies to ensure our clinic is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and confirming patient information.
  • Take and develop X-rays as needed to support our dental team.
  • Invoice patients for dental services and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dental or administrative role.
