About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Suba Beauty Canada Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and team player
  • Leadership skills
Work Environment
