We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at Canadian Tire Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a daily game and sales plan for the department, as well as creating development plans for full-time staff to improve performance gaps.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a daily game and sales plan for the department
- Create development plans for full-time staff to improve performance gaps
- Provide coaching and support to staff to improve performance
- Drive sales and business growth
- Represent the company as a culture and brand ambassador
- Business savvy with a customer-focused mindset
- Culture and brand ambassadors who love the work and take pride in our brand
- A proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated interest in or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry is an asset
