About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Nickel Bros. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Train and Develop Team Members

Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties.

Prepare Reports and Recommendations

Prepare production and other reports to provide insights into project progress and recommend personnel actions as needed.

Ensure Safety and Quality

Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner, and that all materials and equipment are properly maintained.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction or related field.

Work Environment

Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, and be able to work at heights.

Work Setting

Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to various locations.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Reliability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Team Player

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
