About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Nickel Bros. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of 3-4 people, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Requisition Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support construction projects.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that construction projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Work Environment: The work site environment is outdoors, noisy, at heights, and dusty.
  • Work Setting: The work setting is construction, with various locations.
