Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Work Environment

This position involves working primarily outdoors in various settings, including:

  • Demolition
  • Equipment operation
  • Excavation
Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve operational challenges while providing technical guidance to improve productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies.
  • Supervise and lead a team of workers, typically ranging from 5 to 10 individuals, including laborers.
Industry Experience

Experience in pipeline construction is essential for this role.

Transportation Requirements

A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Physical Demands

The role requires the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Tools and Equipment

Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory for this position.
