Your Role
We are in search of a seasoned Project Manager for Field Operations to oversee the management of tasks, activities, and concerns from the initial planning stages through to installation, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess a proactive mindset, and have the technical knowledge to engage in a wide array of discussions related to technical project management.

Key Responsibilities
This role, which interacts directly with customers, will be accountable for ensuring that project execution aligns with established plans while nurturing strategic customer relationships in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

  • Assisting in the definition of project Scope of Work (SOW) and supporting both pre-sale and post-sale project implementations.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, emphasizing the identification of dependencies, critical path elements, and anticipating cost and operational risks.
  • Creating contingency plans for potential scenarios.
  • Coordinating technical and field support as necessary, ensuring issues are resolved in accordance with the company's quality service standards.
  • Analyzing project costs, identifying cost overruns, and formulating strategies to mitigate future and recurring expenses.
  • Delivering projects on time and within budget while achieving performance objectives.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Lighting Control Systems is essential.
  • A Bachelor's (BA/BS) or Master's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to engage professionally with contractors and clients.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
  • Demonstrated project leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to support, lead, and manage a field team effectively.
  • High proficiency in Project Management software, such as MS Project.
  • Capability to provide regular status updates, ensuring project transparency to management, and escalating critical issues as necessary.
  • Acting as the 'voice of the customer' to recommend enhancements to products, processes, and performance.
