We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Five Counties Children's Centre in Peterborough. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and adolescents referred to our centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and reassess clients referred for physiotherapy, developing personalized service plans to meet their unique needs.
- Provide consultation, training, and education to clients, their caregivers, and other professionals to promote optimal outcomes.
- Maintain knowledge of current practices and equipment in the field of physiotherapy, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Comply with relevant Centre statistical, clinical, and administrative reporting requirements in a timely manner.
- Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Demonstrated communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to working within a family-centred approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with FCCC staff and other professionals in the community.
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and clear vulnerable sector check.
- Training and mentoring opportunities for new graduates.
- Competitive wage range: $41.48 - $47.08 per hour, commensurate with experience.
