Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 2659402 Ontario Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Budget Planning: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the success of our sales team.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and sit for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, collaborative, efficient, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, excellent oral and written communication skills.
