We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Project Controls Specialist to join our team at E.S. Fox Limited. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet their objectives, scope, and deliverables within the predetermined time frame and budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Scheduling and Monitoring: Create and analyze time, cost, and manpower schedules for projects, and monitor performance indexes defined as per project requirements.
- Risk Management: Recognize and mitigate risks, and share results with the team for suggestions and decisions.
- Communication: Inform stakeholders by periodic progress and delay reports, and work with scheduling tools and software.
- General Duties: Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, arrange and participate in conferences and meetings, and maintain filing systems and directories.
- Education: Completion of a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Construction Technology Diploma from an accredited University or College, or equivalent previous experience.
- Experience: A minimum of one year's experience in field coordination and/or scheduling software experience, with experience in maintaining and monitoring project time and budgets.
- Skills: Competent level project control, management, or coordination experience in a construction environment, with strong organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate.
