Engineering Services Project Manager

Education: A diploma or certificate from a college or CEGEP program lasting 1 to 2 years.

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate engineering assignments to technical staff.
  • Engage with clients to assess project requirements.
  • Oversee work processes to ensure adherence to timelines and financial plans.
  • Manage and supervise daily operational activities.
  • Analyze and evaluate operational efficiency.
  • Review engineering initiatives to authorize or suggest modifications.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for engineering tasks.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire team members.
