About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Associated Engineering. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and management teams, to ensure project success.
- Manage and coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a consulting capacity.
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Registered with EGBC as a P.Eng.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel across Canada.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
