Position Overview

As a Thermal Insulation Specialist at Four Seasons Insulation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and comfort in various structures. Your expertise will be vital in selecting and applying the appropriate insulation materials to meet specific project requirements.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience in insulation installation is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of insulation needed for different applications.
  • Accurately measure and cut insulation materials to fit specified dimensions using both hand and power tools.
  • Effectively apply and secure insulation through various methods such as spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping.
  • Skillfully fit insulation around obstacles and between structural elements like joists and studs.
  • Safely remove hazardous materials including asbestos, ceramic fibers, lead, and urea-formaldehyde insulation from buildings.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure precise installation.
Work Environment
  • This position involves travel to various job sites.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
