Position Summary:

Next Level Group is seeking a skilled and proactive Financial Operations Manager to oversee our client's finance department. This position requires a professional with a solid financial background, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership. You will be instrumental in safeguarding the financial integrity and operational productivity of the organization.

Primary Duties:

  • Direct the creation of monthly financial and operational statements.
  • Establish and uphold comprehensive internal control frameworks and procedures.
  • Manage daily financial operations and oversee inventory management.
  • Guarantee the punctual and precise execution of month-end and year-end financial reporting, including journal entries, billing, and account reconciliations.
  • Supply financial insights and reports to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Partner with leadership on balance sheet oversight, inventory management, and cost analysis.
  • Track cash flow, receivables, and financing strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to established accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist with year-end audit activities and handle additional accounting responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and financial management applications.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Motivated and passionate about guiding a team towards achieving excellence.
