Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial and operational reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end reporting, including journal entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Provide financial data and reports to stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate with management on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, and financing arrangements to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with standard accounting policies and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Support year-end audit processes and manage additional accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and financial management software.
- Strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Driven and enthusiastic about leading a team and achieving excellence.
