Essential Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or with a public accounting firm
  • Understanding of cost centers for management reporting
  • Interest in process improvements and automation
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on project completion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sage 300 or similar ERP software
  • Experience in the pharmacy sector

Your Role:

As part of our collaborative team, you will play a vital role in:

  • Leading the monthly financial close process and ensuring timely completion.
  • Managing revenue accounting and reconciling billing with accounting systems.
  • Conducting monthly reviews of trial balances and variance analyses.
  • Preparing financial statements for various entities.
  • Overseeing bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Mentoring financial staff and improving financial processes.
  • Collaborating with IT and operations to implement process improvements.
