We are a successful Desjardins Insurance Agent seeking a committed individual to become a part of our team as a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fostering business development through impactful interactions and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an OTL license
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Develop leads to establish a commercial client portfolio
  • Experience in sales, including cold outreach and both in-person and remote sales
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Assist existing clients with their needs

Please be aware that this position is with an independent contractor agent associated with the exclusive Desjardins Agent network, and not directly with Desjardins Group. The agent is responsible for all employment decisions regarding their team members.
