As a Private Banking Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop core credit underwriting and relationship management skills, building a strong foundation for a successful career in credit-focused banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized financial advice and guidance.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and underwriting, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Registration with the appropriate provincial securities commission to obtain a license to sell mutual funds.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
