Job Title: Wealth Associate

Join National Bank Financial – Wealth Management as a Wealth Associate and contribute to the success of our clients and team members. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our investment advisors, helping them deliver outstanding results to our clients.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support investment advisors in providing superior customer service and meeting client requests
  • Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and necessary transaction adjustments
  • Manage client files, including deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions, and ensure diligent follow-up
  • Analyze and update client files, and produce portfolio management reports
  • Administer client files, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules
Your Team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is a leading investment brokerage firm in Canada, with close to 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. As a Wealth Associate, you will team up with a wealth advisor to offer an exceptional client experience, collaborating and partnering to achieve success.

Requirements:
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
