About the Role

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Invoicing Coordinator to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to their invoices.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and AR teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of invoice discrepancies.
  • Perform month-end procedures and assist with financial reporting.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual French/English is an asset.
