Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Invoicing Coordinator to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the Sales and AR teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of invoice-related issues
- Perform month-end procedures and ensure timely and accurate invoicing cut-off
- Assist the Customer Service team with applying orders to corresponding flour contracts
- 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual French/English is an asset
