In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer guest services switchboard, inform or redirect calls accordingly, and provide information on the facility, events, and promotions.
  • Greets guests in person, offers information on the facility, bag and coat check, special events, and promotions.
  • Ability to make clear, concise announcements on drawings, events, and special promotions over a PA system.
  • Solicit, identify, and enroll new gaming customers into the Encore Rewards program.
  • Maintain Encore Rewards program and ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service; gaming experience an asset
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Commitment to continually increase knowledge of our products and services to offer exceptional experiences to our guests
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication

Work Environment Considerations

  • Work within a 24/7 operation with ability to work flexible hours when required (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to our organization, standards, and position.
