Concierge (Weekends) - Property Management Professional

As a Concierge, you will be part of a high-performing team that delivers a fulfilling career in property management with FirstService Residential.
Job OverviewThe Concierge is the face of our high-end residential properties, responsible for greeting residents and visitors with a warm smile and ensuring they receive exceptional customer service.
Our most successful Concierges have a strong background in customer service, a passion for going above and beyond, and the ability to problem-solve and diffuse sticky situations.
Shifts AvailableSaturday/Sunday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset.
- At least one year of direct/in-person customer service experience is required.
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with clients and support staff.
- Ability to patrol the property, including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior.
- Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers.
- Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.).
As a part-time associate, access to our Employee Assistance Plan.
Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.
