Job Title: Concierge

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Tribe Management. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless living experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome all residents, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Conduct access control, ensuring the security and safety of our residents and their properties
  • Answer phone calls and receive packages, providing timely and efficient communication
  • Conduct interior and exterior patrols, monitoring the building's common areas and facilities
  • Work closely with Strata and Property Management to prevent crime and ensure compliance with building bylaws and rules
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns
  • Make recommendations to Strata and Property Management to improve building operations and services
  • Coordinate and supervise building contractors, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using Excel spreadsheets to track building administration and management

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in data entry and record-keeping
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, Strata, and Property Management
  • Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
