Job OverviewAs a Concierge, you will be the face of our high-end residential properties, responsible for greeting residents and visitors with a warm smile and providing a high standard of customer service. Our successful Concierges have a strong background in customer service, a passion for going above and beyond, and the ability to problem-solve and diffuse sticky situations.
Shifts AvailableSaturday/Sunday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset.
- At least one year of direct/in-person customer service experience is required.
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary to work efficiently and communicate effectively with clients and support staff.
- Ability to patrol the property, including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior.
- Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers.
- Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.).
As a part-time associate, you will have access to our Employee Assistance Plan and competitive compensation of $21.00 per hour.
