Job Title: Office Reception Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Reception Clerk to join our team at Refresh Health & Wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or area.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
