About the Role

Lime Cleaning is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Professional. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust buildup
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Housekeeping and Laundry
    • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning
    • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
    • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service
    • Provide basic information on facilities to ensure a positive guest experience
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene to provide a high level of care and attention
    • Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
    • Mend clothing and linens to ensure a sufficient supply of clean and usable items
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
    • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a sufficient stock of essential items
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Clean changing rooms and showers to provide a clean and hygienic environment for our guests
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide exceptional customer service
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
    • Language and Communication
      • English language proficiency
    • Physical Demands
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
      • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail
      • Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects
      • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances
    • Security and Safety
      • Criminal record check
