About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Director to join our team at Critical Mass. As a key member of our Local TV team, you will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Planning and Buying: Work with our Local TV/Radio Director, account leads, planning leads, and marketing science counterparts to establish attainable media objectives for local campaigns.
  • Project Management: Ensure delivery against key milestones, build and manage timelines for local buys, negotiation, live dates, and reporting.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute media plans effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Media Planning and Buying Skills: Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a deep understanding of local TV and radio markets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including account leads, planning leads, and marketing science counterparts.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results on time and on budget.
