About the Role

Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist to join our team. As a Gynecological Care Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions, including diseases and physiological disorders
  • Prescribe medication and treatment plans, including post-operation care
  • Supervise surgical procedures and ensure the highest standards of patient care
  • Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures as needed
  • Act as a consultant to other physicians and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Must have a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
  • Must have completed specialty residency training in obstetrics/gynecology
  • Must be certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
  • Must be licensed by provincial or territorial authorities
Work Environment

This is a permanent position in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team.
