As a Customer Support Specialist at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers who require assistance with their internet services, including billing, hardware and software updates, product information, and service features.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services and products.
  • Contribute to business profitability by offering customers account-specific deals through upsell initiatives.
  • Document customer issues and update customer information in our client system.
  • Follow established processes to resolve customer technical issues and complaints.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to ensure excellent customer service.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of call center experience preferred.
  • 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to complete online training and commit to attending 100% of sessions.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • 50 MBPS download minimum, 50 MBPS upload minimum.
  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection only (no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service).
