Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Pro Tax Block Corp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing banking transactions, promoting financial products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process banking transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Promote financial products and services to customers
  • Answer customer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning their accounts
  • Process information required to open accounts and savings plans, and purchase bonds
  • Sell drafts, money orders, and foreign currency
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
