Job Title: Banking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Customer Service Representative to join our team at CWB Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
