Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Process and manage client information, including billing and claims connections.
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and provide guidance on policy options.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • General Level 1 Insurance License.
  • 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (preferably).
  • Cold call experience (preferably).
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Diligent and hardworking.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
