About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Bondable and willing to relocate.
Working Conditions
  • Work Site Environment: Odours, wet/damp.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, fast food outlet or concession.
