Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that our inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Reporting and Record Keeping
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, and maintain accurate records of our inventory and supplies.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to work in a wet/damp environment.
