Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TITO'S PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
- Training and Development
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as customer service skills.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Operations and Administration
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent oral communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
TITO'S PIZZA is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift heavy objects. You will also be required to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
